When you register your child for a place with us, we ask for an administration fee. This is refundable if we are unable to offer you a place.

Session Fees and funding

All 3 to 4 year-olds can get 570 hours of free early education or childcare per year. This is usually taken as 15 hours each week for 38 weeks of the year. Some 2 year-olds are also eligible. Working parents may also be eligible to receive an additional 570 hours free childcare per week.

We charge for all sessions that are not funded by the Government and for some additional services detailed below.

Children not eligible for funding

Children who are not eligible for funding, or are attending more than their funded allocation of sessions across any settings will be charged our current sessional rate of £20.50.

Other Fees

Lunch club

For children over 3, we offer a lunch club which runs Monday – Friday. This is an additional service and is charged for outside of your funding. The cost is £6.50.

Late collection

Unless previously agreed, we will charge a late collection fee of £10.00 for children collected more than 10 minutes after the end of any session.
